Usage and Access.
Postbox is an agent-native data collection platform operated by Variant Systems . By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Description of Service
We provide structured endpoints for submission management, AI-powered spam detection, translation, and smart reply features via our dashboard, REST API, and MCP server.
Account Safety
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Plans and Pricing.
Free vs Pro
The Free tier is limited to 1 form and 5,000 submissions. The Pro tier ($19/mo) offers unlimited forms, submissions, and replenishing AI credits. Metered billing applies beyond included credits.
Fair Use
You agree not to use the service for illegal data collection, phishing, or abusive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.
Ownership and Intelligence.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data submitted through your forms. We store and process it solely on your behalf.
AI Features
AI-generated responses are provided as-is. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content. Review all automated replies.
Termination
You can cancel anytime. Upon termination, data is deleted after a 30-day grace period.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice.
